The channeled guided meditations are a few minutes long. They are designed to be brief and to allow you to pause them and communicate with the entity/spirit for as long as you need to before closing out the meditation. They are not set to music so that you can customize that aspect to suit you best.

Yes! If you would like to give a reading as a gift or get a reading for someone else, check the box marked “Gift” and use THEIR name and email for those boxes. Please be sure to use their name and email so that I know who to tune into and where to send the reading. If you would like to indicate that the reading is from you, you can put that in the details box and I will include that in my email.
